Masofit supplies industrial hydraulic and pneumatic products to B2B customers globally. Delivery terms are agreed per quotation and purchase order.

Lead Times

Standard products: Typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation (subject to stock availability)
Custom/OEM products: Lead times quoted separately based on engineering and tooling requirements
Bulk orders: Staggered delivery schedules may be arranged

Shipping Methods

We ship via reputable freight forwarders, courier services, and customer-nominated carriers. Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) are specified in the commercial quotation.

Packaging

Products are packaged to withstand industrial transit — including protective caps on threaded connections, sealed bags for small fittings, and wooden crates for bulk shipments.

Risk & Title

Risk of loss transfers per agreed Incoterms. Title passes upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Issues

Report shipping damage or shortages within 7 business days of receipt with photographic evidence and packing list reference to sales@masofit.com.
